Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid digital wellness plans (Grove at £9/month and Canopy at £19/month, VAT inclusive) offered by Vibeglowneck to consumers in the United Kingdom. The Seed plan is free and not subject to refund provisions.

2. Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our service fails to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to the cancellation rights below.

3. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, notify us at welcome@vibeglowneck.world with a clear statement of cancellation.

4. Digital Content Exception

If you request immediate access to paid features during the 14-day cancellation period and expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, a proportionate charge may apply for the period of use, calculated on a daily basis.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. No administrative fees are charged for legitimate refund requests.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle unless required by law or at our discretion for service failures.

7. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading from Canopy to Grove, or from Grove to Seed, takes effect at the next billing date. Higher-tier features remain accessible until that date.

8. Service Interruptions

If our platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to faults on our side, affected subscribers may request a credit or partial refund for the affected period by contacting support within 30 days.

9. Data After Cancellation

Following cancellation, account data is retained for 12 months per our Privacy Policy. You may export your data before or after cancellation. After the retention period, data is securely deleted.
