The people behind the plans

Vibeglowneck began as a studio project in Folkestone, Kent. We build tools for daily rhythm — not because we have all the answers, but because thoughtful structure can make room for what matters.

Yuki Tanaka

Yuki spent a decade in interface design before turning her attention to wellness software. She believes habit tools should feel like a quiet notebook, not a scoreboard. At Vibeglowneck, she shapes every ritual template and oversees the pulse view experience.

Rowan Ashford

Rowan writes the code that keeps your data portable and your interface responsive. Previously building data systems for education platforms, he insisted on local export and transparent storage from day one. He works from the Old High Street studio alongside Yuki.

Our journey

2022

Studio founded

Yuki and Rowan opened a small workspace on The Old High Street in Folkestone, beginning research into calmer habit-tracking approaches.

2023

Seed plan launched

The free Seed tier was released to a small group of Kent-based testers. Feedback shaped the weekly pulse view and export features.

2024

Grove and Canopy

Paid plans were introduced with transparent VAT-inclusive pricing and a clear cancellation policy aligned with UK consumer law.

2026

Ongoing refinement

We continue to test features internally for at least four weeks before release, favouring reliability over rapid iteration.

Our approach

We do not claim to transform lives overnight. What we offer is infrastructure — a calm digital space where you can observe your own patterns and adjust at your own pace.

If you would like to meet us in person, our door on The Old High Street is open on weekday afternoons by arrangement. Send a message to book a visit.
